Classically charming and unique. Steph & James sixties, vintage inspired wedding celebration was an absolute joy to document. The air was filled with nostalgia as guests stepped into a time capsule, transported back to an era of elegance and retro glamour. I am particularly partial to Steph’s A-line tea length wedding dress, bouffant style hair-do, classic red lips, and champagne court shoes. As I captured their love story through my lens, I couldn’t help but imagine my own vow renewal. When that day comes, I’ll take a page from Steph’s book. The floral arrangements were delicate and classic. Bringing a soft and elegant mood to the reception meal. A break with tradition, a classic ‘English Breakfast’ was served after the ceremony to line the stomach before the alcohol consumption began.
The party was all about good food, wine and beer and great company and they pulled it off with effortless grace.
A beautifully intimate first dance topped off the evening with family and friends joining in to celebrate with the couple. Games kept the kids busy late into the evening and adults enjoyed plentiful amounts of gourmet nibbles and Gin in the second part of the reception that was hosted at the family home with a large tent and outdoor bar.
