Eleri and Alex’s Unique Featured Wedding by Ottawa Wedding Photographer Sara
This wedding tale mixed Italian Pizza with English and Welsh culture to make for a vibrant party in the heart of London. Starting with a characterful ceremony at the ‘Asylum’ Chapel and moving to a nightclub in the heart of the city where stone baked pizza was served to guests. This was a classic event with a jubilant and youthful feel. All photos by Ottawa Wedding Photographer Sara.

The floral arrangements for this wedding had beautiful muted tones with hints of purple and lilac. They brought a lovely unstated elegance to the venue and reflected the personality of the couple in a charming way.
The day began with a characterful ceremony at the historic Asylum Chapel. This unconventional venue, with its weathered walls and stained glass, lent an air of mystery and authenticity. The chapel’s name, intriguingly, didn’t refer to a mental institution but rather to its original purpose—a refuge for retired pub landlords.
The Father of the Bride is pictured here hitching up his trousers to reveal the yellow socks to his new son in law. He was a brilliant character and great fun to photograph at this wedding.
The night unfolded with a jubilant and youthful feel. The dance floor became a canvas for joyous moves—twirls, dips, and laughter. Friends and family, from different corners of the world, danced together.
Guests entertained themselves posing for photos in the booth set up with hats, glasses and other props that created more lasting memories and a brilliant idea for unique wedding favours.
